Ms. Ingy William is North Africa Head of IT & Business Process Optimization at DHL Global Forwarding. She has joined DHL Global Forwarding since 2005. Ever since she has played several roles. Her start was in the Removals Dept. handling Ocean Freight Export and Import shipments, dealing with carriers, customs brokerage and trucking subcontractors to serve different categories of customers. Later she was promoted to several leadership positions focusing in customer satisfaction, business performance management and business process optimization.

In 2016 she got an enlarged portfolio to be Head of Customer Service in addition to Business Process Organization. This dual function gave her a wide platform to apply her leadership skills and to follow on her vision to increase customer satisfaction and work on continuous improvement and standardization every day, every where, a little bit better!
