Dr. Ali Mabrouk is an internationally recognised cybersecurity expert. He is the founder and CEO of the German company SAMA Partners with the headquarter in Germany and a subsidary in Tunisia. He studied engineering at the University of Stuttgart, followed by executive MBA and a PhD in strategic management. Dr. Mabrouk is the initiator of the yearly cybersecurity conference in Mannheim since 2015. 

He has been the president of Ithe Information Security Systems Association (ISSA Germany) since 2015.
