Issa Mahasneh is the Executive Director of the Jordan Open Source Association (JOSA), a Jordanian civil society organization that promotes Open Source, Open Content and Open Internet principles. In addition to be an ICT consultant, Issa's fields of expertise include human rights and technology, cyberlaws, Internet governance, privacy, and digital security. As an ICT policy specialist, he is a member of several national committees in Jordan on Open Government Data, Internet Access and Data Classification.
