Zineb is a Researcher and Expert on Machine Learning and E-Participation. She works at ICT4Dev Research Center of Mundiapolis University and supports the ICNL (International Center for Not-for-Profit Law). She is developing projects related to the promotion of citizen participation, e-democracy, open data and access to information, through scientific research, innovation, and new technologies, in Morocco and the MENA region.
